Refunds. If you are not completely satisfied, DigitalHatch will gladly refund your order within 30 days of the purchase date. Item(s) must be received no later than 30 days from the date of purchase and shipping is non-refundable. If you are returning an item, please make sure that the product is in new condition and that you return the item in the same or similar carton that it was shipped to you. DigitalHatch is not responsible for damage to shipment if another container is used to return the product. If returned publications are not in new condition, there will be a 20% surcharge. Shipping is non-refundable.

Replacements. DigitalHatch does not provide replacements.
